RADIOACTIVE SPECIMENS
Autunite is for mineral collecting, educational and scientific use only.
Because we can not control what is done with an autunite specimen after
the sale, the buyer assumes all liability for any damages which may occur
from the proper use or misuse of this mineral. The buyer must be at least 18
years old. Certain specimens require a completed "Statement of Liability" which may be viewed by
clicking here.

We are always in compliance with Section 13 from part 40 of the Nuclear
Regulatory Commission rules and regulations and Postal Service regulations
specified in 49 CFR 173.421 for activity limits of low level radioactive
materials. Specimen(s) will be shipped in accordance with Postal Service
activity limits specified in Publication 52.

When you decide on the specimen(s) you wish to purchase please email me with your name and address and the specimen number(s). If you desire shipping other than US Postal Service please indicate which service you want. I will email you with a total price, including shipping costs, and the address for payment. We accept money orders or cashiers checks or PayPal.
Due to recent fraud we can no longer accept Credit Card Checks or PayPal payments that do not have a confirmed address.
The specimen(s) will be shipped within two business days of receipt of payment. |

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us within
24 hours and we will replace the specimen, refund your purchase price (less
shipping) or make other satisfactory arrangements with you. We have a long
list of satisfied customers from our ebay auctions and from direct purchases.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OF RADIOACTIVE SPECIMENS Most specimens may be shipped by US Postal Service. Most specimens will cost $7.50 to ship. This includes postage, packaging and insurance. We are always in compliance with Section 13 from part 40 of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission rules and regulations and Postal Service regulations specified in 49 CFR 173.421 for activity limits of low level radioactive materials. Specimens will be shipped in accordance with Postal Service activity limits specified in Publication 52. Certain specimens must be shipped "ground" which may take up to 14 days. |

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OF RADIOACTIVE SPECIMENS All specimens must comply with the USPS International Mailing Manual. The buyer is responsible for actual shipping costs which include postage and insurance and any other costs of shipping plus $1.50 for packaging. Some countries have restrictions or prohibitions regarding radioactive materials being shipped into that country. Please contact me with your address and I will email you with information regarding any restrictions. Under no circumstances will we sell or ship radioactive specimens to any country which has demonstrated or participated in adversity toward the United States of America. We are always in compliance with Section 13 from part 40 of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission rules and regulations and Postal Service regulations specified in 49 CFR 173.421 for activity limits of low level radioactive materials.
